True healing takes time and requires a therapeutic partnership built on trust, respect, and understanding.

Graduate Level Counselor Rachel Peake

At the heart of my work is a genuine love for people and their stories, a deep understanding of the challenges that life can bring, and a desire to help those who are hurting. In every season of life, we all face moments of pain, confusion, and trauma—experiences that can leave us feeling broken, lost, or uncertain of the future. Yet, I firmly believe that healing is not only possible, but that there is hope through understanding, compassion, and faith.

As a Christian therapist, I integrate both professional therapeutic techniques and Christian principles to offer clients a holistic approach to healing. I understand the profound impact that trauma and life's challenges can have on mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and I am committed to walking alongside you in your journey.

I want to hear your story, and through every chapter and every page, my goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can begin to process and heal from your experiences. I am here to support, guide, and encourage you, always keeping in mind that there is no challenge too great for God’s grace to overcome.

On a personal note, I am a graduate student with CIU in the Clinical Counseling program, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of South Carolina. I currently work full-time as a Middle School Counselor and have spent eleven years in education. When I am not working or studying, I am spending time with my husband of twelve years and our ten-year-old daughter; we enjoy grilling, going to the beach or mountains, and spending time with our friends and family. I love all things Christmas and listen to Christmas music year-round. I also love to read and cook, and our family’s dream is to one day live on a farm—and have every type of animal.
