“My goal is to help you feel like the best, most confident version of yourself!”
Graduate Level Counselor
We are the sum of many parts, and I am here to explore all of them with you. As your therapist, I will meet you every session with warmth and compassion as I strive to create a space where you feel seen and safe.
I have a special interest in working with teenagers, USC students, and young adults navigating life transitions, disordered eating, anxiety, self-esteem, OCD, and depression. Whether you are feeling like your brain never shuts off or are generally feeling lost, I am here to help you quiet the noise. Perhaps you feel like food is controlling your life and worry that you’ll never have a healthy relationship with your body. We'll work together to foster a more positive and loving relationship with yourself. Searching for community, navigating new challenges, and finding your people can be intimidating, but you are not alone. We will work to help you develop a stronger sense of self and an optimistic outlook on life.
Therapy with me is about not only overcoming current challenges but also highlighting the strengths you already possess within.
Outside of Everyday Wellness, I can be found spending time with friends, cooking, practicing yoga, getting cozy with a good book, finding inspiration for all things fashion, getting outdoors, and enjoying all things Gamecocks!
I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your wellness journey!
