      <image:caption>Logan is a former collegiate swimmer who found her way to yoga through an injury. She slowly fell in love with the inner heat, the poses, and the yoga off the mat. She completed her 200 hr training in 2018 and teaching yoga became one of her deepest passions. She mostly teaches Vinyasa-based classes, restorative classes, and meditation. In 2020, she also became a SUP Yoga teacher, combining her love of the water with yoga. In 2022 she became an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) and a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider). She is currently enrolled in a 300 hr program to deepen her knowledge and practice. Logan loves to move and groove while practicing and teaching and isn't afraid to be silly. WHY YOGA? Yoga is for EVERYONE! The physical practice of yoga is one of connection- the breath, the mind, &amp; the body all come together in both movements and in stillness. It's a practice for every BODY! I am here to support, guide, and encourage you, always keeping in mind that there is no challenge too great for God’s grace to overcome. On a personal note, I am a graduate student with CIU in the Clinical Counseling program, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of South Carolina. I currently work full-time as a Middle School Counselor and have spent eleven years in education. When I am not working or studying, I am spending time with my husband of twelve years and our ten-year-old daughter; we enjoy grilling, going to the beach or mountains, and spending time with our friends and family. I love all things Christmas and listen to Christmas music year-round. I also love to read and cook, and our family’s dream is to one day live on a farm—and have every type of animal.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Therapy is a shared journey toward becoming a healthier, more authentic version of ourselves. At different points in life, we all need support from others to identify the stepping stones that lead to growth, healing, and meaningful change. Central to my counseling philosophy is the belief that self-awareness and self-care are essential to this process. I often remind clients that if you ain’t feeling, you ain’t healing—because allowing ourselves to fully experience emotions, rather than avoid them, creates space for insight, resilience, and lasting transformation. Therapy, in my view, is not about fixing what is broken, but about strengthening what is already within. I am a graduate student counselor pursuing dual master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling, with over 20 years of experience in human services and behavioral health systems. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and conflict resolution, with a strong focus on supporting clients through life transitions. I enjoy working with children, teenagers, college students, and adults who are navigating changes related to identity, relationships, career, caregiving, or life direction. My therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative, recognizing the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, social, physical, and medical factors that influence well-being. I work collaboratively with clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and foster balance during times of transition. Outside of the counseling space, I prioritize self-care and balance through everyday routines thatkeep me grounded. I enjoy cooking and baking, spending time outdoors, and being a proud fur baby mama to two tuxedo cats and one dog. I value early-morning gym time as both physical care and a space for self-reflection, and I love unwinding by listening to music, binge watching TV shows, watching movies, spending time with friends and family, and/or watching sports in my free time—Go Steelers and Gamecocks! These practices help me remain present, centered, and energized in both my personal life and my work as a counselor.       <image:caption>As a massage therapist my job is to help people feel relaxed, renewed and free from chronic pain. I specialize in various techniques such as Swedish massage which is known for gentle, flowing strokes that promotes relaxation and calmness while a deep tissue massage targets the muscle to help with tension any chronic pain the client may be experiencing. For each session, each massage technique is customized for the client to fit their needs. Being a massage therapist is about compassion, patience and the desire to make a difference through touch. My approach focuses on alleviating tension, enhancing circulation, relieving pain, reducing stress, and promoting overall balance for both body and mind. A massage therapist is more than just a touch; it’s about connecting with your clients and creating a safe place where they can release any stress or anxiety. My passion is to help others feel their best—physically, mentally and emotionally.  I was born and raised in Bali, Indonesia where the importance of massage is more than just hand movement, it holds a deep cultural and spiritual place in Bali. Massaging is considered a traditional healing practice that has been passed down through the generations of our family. In my Balinese culture, it is seen to restore balance between the body, mind and spirit. Physical well-being is closely tied to emotional and spiritual harmony. Massages reflect Bali’s warm, giving spirit. It’s a way of showing care, love and respect whether its between family, healers or visitors, that’s what makes Balinese massages to special it carries the heart of the island, which is why I decided to incorporate unique culture so each individual can experience a piece of Bali’s gentle, healing energy from my hands. Techniques that I offer are Swedish and Deep Tissue. Both pressure point and stretch modalities are integrated into my services as needed and assessed for each client.</image:caption>
